Free delivery across the United States
We cover all delivery costs within the United States, which means no extra charges at checkout. For now our shipping stays within the United States, and every order is prepared with care before it leaves us.
Delivery times
- Processing time: orders usually take 1 to 3 business days to prepare before shipping.
- Transit time: delivery normally takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Total delivery time: in most cases your order arrives within 5 to 10 business days.
Daily order cut-off
Our daily cut-off is 4:00 PM ET, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day.
Tracking and updates
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow its journey to you. We always aim to deliver on time, though a delay can occasionally happen, especially during busy periods or due to weather or logistical conditions. If anything affects your delivery, we will keep you updated so you always know what is happening.
