At North Packs, we want you to be completely happy with your gear. If something isn't quite right, here is exactly how we handle returns and refunds.

Our return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Condition of returned items

To be accepted, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Returns showing signs of wear, use, or damage beyond normal handling may be declined at our discretion.

No restocking fees

There are never any restocking fees. What you paid is returned to you, in line with this policy.

How to start a return

Starting a return is simple. Email us at info@north-packs.com with your order number, and we will guide you through every step.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method so you can follow your parcel on its way back to us.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size or item? Exchanges are available on request, so just let us know when you contact us.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order carefully on delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@north-packs.com with your order number and a photo, so we can put it right.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days before it appears.
